A new book about Mental Tennis comes to us from Germany. Sports Psychologist Sonja Franz tried to connect modern research and theory in sports psychology to daily practice in the sport of tennis. One of her topics: the application of the "Individual Zones of Optimal Functioning", according to Yuri L. Hanin, in professional tennis.

You can work through the book as a complete trainings workbook or you can choose for example concentration and go straight to the exercises.

Here's what she wrote on her LinkedIn page: "It’s finally arrived in the Post! Following the virtual induction ceremony, on 28Aug2021, I’m finally holding my beautiful award as an Inductee to the Black Tennis Hall of Fame. I’m truly honored. This is for all the more the 6,000 young Sadili players, coaches and friends who toil daily, using sport to change their lives, and their communities; for all my friends globally who encouraged and supported me through the years. And to the BTHOF, I’m truly humbled."
