International Tennis Coaches Required in Dubai
Due to expansion and the thriving world of tennis in UAE, our clients are currently recruiting 2 international tennis coaches to join their experienced team.
Internationally recognized coaching qualification (min ITF level 1)
Valid driver's license
Minimum 3-5 years coaching experience at club and recreational level as well as performance players
The successful candidate should have a coaching certificate by a recognized body, be willing to learn in a new environment and fits into their philosophy of creating “First the Athlete, then the Player".
Applicants are preferably between 25 - 40yrs old. Willing to live and work in Dubai.
The successful applicant must be able to take directions and train under senior staff and work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who has initiative and drive, loves coaching and wants to contribute and learn from new challenges in a different cultural experience. They will also be required to do hitting sessions, so a good level of playing ability is preferred.
The successful applicant will conduct pre-approved programs for kids groups from 4 yrs to 18yrs, assist in men's and ladies' clinics as well as providing private lessons. The Coach will assist the company in its promotional events and tournaments and assume some administrative and organizational responsibilities.
A regular week varies between 30-42 hours ON COURT with one day off a week. As they have multiple sites across Dubai, the candidate is expected to be able to travel and work independently when required.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a well-structured academy prior. The applicant must be able to work without constant supervision, as well as being a team player who can lead and engage in good relationships with junior coaches as well as students and parents.
